Mu Xiaokui

Mu Xiaokui (沐小葵, Mù xiǎo kuí) is the secondary protagonist of Phantom Blade: Executioners, and one of four playable protagonists.

Her fighting style is offensive and largely relies on direct attacks and close combat.

Biography

Mu is beloved daughter of the Order’s founder. Despite being an exceptional warrior in her own right, Xiaokui is always accompanied by two bodyguards, a precaution insisted upon by her protective father. Although still young in age, she is growing up into an adequate future leader.

Personality

Despite having a bit of an arrogant and conceited disposition, she is actually a lovely, smart and energetic girl. She is often seen as being empathetic towards people in side quests, and has a kind manner towards many main NPC's such as Tang Bing.

Apperance

She is a pretty girl with long pink hair, rosy complexion, a thin build and a curious expression on her face. Although she was dressed in the standard attire of a child practicing martial arts, the material quality of her clothes made it obvious at first sight that she was an ordinary person.

She wields an one-handed sword which she can throw like a boomerang in skills and aerial auto attacks. Its appearance changes between costumes.

Transforms

Iron Princess

Iron Princess is a set of skills in a blue-and-purple palette which can be accessed in the ''advanced'' section of the skills menu. They are skills of a normally close to middle ranged combat, which deal heavy damage.

Once the player equips at least one (Iron Princess) skill, they can activate the Martial God costume from the Costumes menu. The costume depicts Mu Xiaokui in light grey plates of armor common amongst samurai, with a blue outfit underneath and long blue hair in a braid with a mauve bow. Her weapon appears as a simple heavy-duty sword of silver color.

Iron Princess skills summon Iron Husk, a gigantic being under Mu Xiaokui's control.

Iron Princess's Overdrive summons Iron Husk from above, who crashes the ground like a meteorite, dealing heavy damage in a wide range. The animation depicts Mu Xiaokui snapping her fingers and pointing at the meteor from above.

Jade Dancer

Jade dancer is a set of skills in a lilac purple color which can be accessed in the ''advanced'' section of the skills menu. They are skills mainly composed of slashing in multiple directions and can vary in range.

Once the player equips at least one (Jade Dancer) skill, they can activate the Spring Peach costume from the Costumes menu. The costume depicts Mu Xiaokui in a fancy bright pink and purple outfit, with an elaborate hairstyle and a long cape. Her weapon appears as an elegant detailed sword of golden color.

Jade Dancer's Overdrive summons Jade Wraith, who deals a set of heavy slashes above Mu Xiaokui.
