ParaWulin is a parallel reality of Phantom World, opened up by Wulin illusionist as they tamper with the force of nature using their abilities. It is described as a "spiritual" world, a projection of the material world, and it has its own laws of nature.
Environment[]
The laws of space, time, and physics are malleable here, able to be bend by a powerful enough illusionist. Ghosts or echoes of the people who have died in the material world tend to linger here.
Mirror Images[]
Everything in the material world have its own projection in the ParaWulin. These are called mirror images, and it can include both people and places.
For example, people who travelled into the ParaWulin would do so through Astral Projection, thereby creating a copy of themselves within ParaWulin. These copy would even sustain damages within the ParaWulin and reflected it to the physical body.
Another example would be Mirror Image realms, pocket universes created by powerful illusionists based on their memory of actual places in the material world. They are made for varying purposes, such as capturing an endearing memories, or trapping unsuspecting victims.
Reality Rift[]
Sufficiently powerful illusionists can open up portals, or reality rifts, between the material world and the ParaWulin, but most of them would be unstable. They might collapse at inconvenient times, or let uninvited beings in. Only select people can create and maintain portals reliably.
Phantom[]
Phantom are memories of Kung Fu master's knowledge and moves, reduced to a faint echo rippling across the ParaWulin. Skilled illusionists can distill these memories into tangible objects, that can grant people the knowledge itself.
