The Order is the main faction within Phantom World.
Worldview[]
As a faction, The Order sees the world through the lens of order versus chaos, and made sure to maintain order by pulling strings behind the scenes, making sure no other factions gain the upper hands. This makes them a neutral party, but their methods to achieve such neutrality involves questionable measures such as sabotage, instigation, and even assassinations.
Structure[]
Wills[]
The Order are lead by the Wills, the upper echelon of The Order, consisting of seven members:
- Mu Tianmiao (Prevailing Will, founder of The Ordeer)
- Inanis
- Zuo Shang
- Soul
- Lackey
- Dharma
- Unidentified seventh Will
Hands[]
In the middle echelon of The Order are Hands, those who implemented the decisions made by the Wills. All legitimate member of The Order are considered Hands, and most of them are assigned to chores such as administration, reconnaissance, and logistics.
Instruments[]
The bottom rung of The Order are populated by Instruments, but no one considers them a member of The Order. Instruments are dehumanized and considered disposable. The senior leadership of The Order does not even know how many Instruments there are. The overwhelming majority of Instruments are warriors taken down by The Order, and then reengineered and repurposed to serve their orders to the letter.
